As a Chief Information Officer for Metlife Asia, Siew Choo serves on the Global T&O Diversity Council and is a sponsor of the Asia Women in Tech group. Prior to MetLife, Siew Choo was Managing Director at DBS Bank in Singapore and was the sponsor for the DBS Gender Diversity agenda, where she drove many initiatives including DBS Women in Tech Hiring that helped increase by 4% representation of women in tech in a single year. She is a Board Member who champions gender diversity at the School of Science & Technology in Singapore and the National University of Singapore – High School of Maths & Science. Siew Choo was recognized in 2020 as one of Singapore’s Top 100 Women in Tech. In 2019 and 2021, she was recognised by IBM for the Top 40 Women in AI awards. Furthermore, she is a mentor at the Financial Woman Association in Singapore and a Core Team Member of Web3 Women in Hong Kong.
