Felicia is active member of the Women’s Initiative Group, Family Focus Group and Heritage Group (which relates to underrepresented minorities) within Milbank and also acts as a mentor to younger women associates; especially those on their maternal journey. She has been focused on improving the experience of women lawyers who return from maternity leave, including advocating for more effective ‘Return to Life’ procedures and maternity coaching as well as emergency care benefits for carers within Milbank. She has featured as a panel member at Thomson Reuters’ Transforming Women’s Leadership in the Law conference and was named as a “Mover and Shaker” by The Glass Hammer; an online career resource for professional women in law, finance, technology and business.
