Under her leadership she saw the business grow from $11 to $32 billion AUM, triple in size and expand in three new locations. Zena implemented a shared ownership scheme and advocated for the launch of Altum’s Philanthropic Trust. Today, Altum has 60% female representation with 60% on the TopCo Board. With 24 years of experience, Zena is responsible for Altum’s strategic vision, organic growth and oversees the delivery of quality services to clients while nurturing an open and collaborative culture.
