She holds herself accountable to increasing female representation by being an authentic ‘see it, be it’ role model to Kantar’s ~12,000 women, which includes being a mentor and sponsor for Kantar’s Aspire programme empowering females across the globe progress their careers by building strong, authentic, influential personal brands. Caroline also serves as Global Executive Sponsor of Pride@Kantar, the Employee Resource Group inspiring Kantar’s 700+ LGBTQIA+ employees and allies flourish at work by embracing and celebrating their individuality, and co-founded Kantar’s 360 Mentorship Program with Special Olympics athletes, to support people with intellectual disabilities build successful careers in paid jobs. She also represents the ‘Agency’ voice on the Market Research Society’s DI&E Council.
