Passionate about D&I, Rachel has promoted gender diversity since she started at FactSet in 2001. As the company’s first general counsel and sole female executive leadership team member for over 15 years, she fought for women to be included and promoted to higher ranks of management globally. Rachel is responsible for introducing the first female director to FactSet’s board and including three more after her. Rachel has formally mentored and informally sponsored women who are now part of the company’s leadership. As an Executive Sponsor of FactSet’s Women’s BRG, Rachel furthered programs around the world designed to bring women together to support each other. Furthermore, Rachel founded and led a 20/20 Women on Boards chapter to achieve at least 20% women directors on boards of public companies, and has supported the Thirty Percent Coalition. Additionally, Rachel is a Mentor, WOMN, LLC, mentoring women law partners in New York since 2014.
