Rhonda has leadership responsibility for legal, risk management, public relations, government affairs, global compliance, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, and internal audit. As one of three female C-suite leaders at the Fortune #106 company, she values diversity and inclusion as well as the mentorship and development of all talent. Rhonda mentors several individuals, both formally and informally, connecting one-on-one with future leaders of the Company and offering counsel and advice. She also is a mentor to her team, leading by example as a good business partner while proudly celebrating the accomplishments and successes of her colleagues. She also helps spearhead D&I efforts at Dollar General to guide and support the Company’s diversity and inclusion strategy, mission and goals. Additionally, Rhonda is a member of the Women’s Professional Network Employee Resource Group, which strives to cultivate and further inclusivity and empowerment through networking, leadership, educational opportunities, and experiences.
