Keri is helping National Grid, The Energy Transition Company, implement its vision for a fossil-free future while delivering safe, reliable, and affordable service to its more than 7 million customers across New York and Massachusetts. Keri is committed to helping women thrive in the energy industry. She serves as the Executive Sponsor of National Grid’s PRIDE Employee Resource Group- which advocates for, invests in, and sponsors LGBTQ+ employees to ensure everyone is treated fairly, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Keri is a member and former Executive Sponsor of the Employee Resource Group WiNTR, focused on supporting women in field, engineering and technology roles. She has incorporated diversity metrics in personal and team objectives and promoted women to leadership roles. She has been a speaker for WiN, an ERG focused on supporting and sponsoring women in the organization, and a mentor through Executive Connections with the Alliance of Black Professionals ERG.
