Alisha is responsible for driving growth and people development for Biogen’s U.S. Organization. Leadership to Alisha is about inspiring people to achieve more than they thought possible, embrace change, and seek diverse perspectives to deliver extraordinary results. She created new development programs including “Women on the Rise” and “PROPEL” to accelerate the readiness and visibility of mid-level women and non-white people for senior roles. She also serves as Executive Sponsor for Biogen’s Women’s Innovation Network, an employee resource group designed to create opportunities for empowerment, advocacy, and advancement. As a board member of The Biogen Foundation, she advocates for supporting access to science education for diverse populations. Her career spans a wide spectrum of leadership roles in strategy, sales, marketing, market access, key account management, advocacy, and medical functions in the U.S. and internationally.
