Beth joined the Executive in 2020, reporting to Beazley's CEO and becoming responsible for leading the development, management, and operational efficiency of a high-performing global team. Beth made notable improvements to prioritize client-centricity, transforming the service experience, deploying market-leading capabilities, and modernizing the global claims business model. Beth is committed to inclusion, friendliness, and creativity, and throughout her career has developed junior talent through mentorship, helping many achieve promotions. Since she took the helm, Beth doubled the number of people of color on the team and materially increased the number of managers who are people of color and women, as she recognizes development and promotion are crucial markers of change. Beth also played a key role in extending parental leave, honoring equality in family responsibility, as well established an ESG Claims initiative to leverage inclusion by promoting diversity through the use of varied outside counsel.
