Under his leadership, he has facilitated and expanded the ERG's participation and network worldwide. Alan has also championed allyship, particularly among male leaders within the company. Alan's commitment to gender equity is deeply personal, inspired by his strong women role models, including his wife, mother, and three sisters. Alan acknowledges his privilege, recognizing the opportunities afforded to him based on his gender, ethnicity, and education, and feels a responsibility to give back to society.
