In 2023, Diane founded The Inner Mountain Foundation, a global community that empowers women to stand up, speak out and make a difference. With a mission to build up, empower and connect communities of women worldwide, the Foundation provides access to various entrepreneurial resources, training, outreach, community activities and funding for women-owned businesses. Diane also collaborates with international associations to drive the digital inclusion agenda for women and small businesses. She is founder of APEC Women Connect, member of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), and member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Director-General’s Business Advisory Group, among many other external positions.
