In 2016, Renata, along with other colleagues, founded the 4Women’s Program, aimed at discussing and supporting the career development of all women at the firm. Since then, she continues to participate in discussions to bring new initiatives, such as the collective mentoring for women lawyers. She is highly involved in several others mentoring programs and has started to dedicate part of her time to other entities outside the firm. Renata is an active member of a female network called “Woman in Antitrust” (WIA) which gathers female lawyers, economists, and government officials in Brazil. She is currently participating as a mentor in the program organized by WIA and also on an initiative named “elas no jota,” which has the aim of promoting and spreading the opinion of female lawyers by encouraging the publication of articles on law and economics for a Brazilian legal newsletter called “Jota.”
