Natsayi is the Chair of Reed Smith’s NYC office’s DE&I committee, has helped to develop the office’s Racial Equity Action Plan and is also an Associate Liaison for the office’s Women’s Initiative Network (“WINRS”). In 2020, she introduced an annual virtual Career Day program to NYC WINRS that connects low-income and homeless women served by the NYC Coalition for the Homeless’ “First Step Program” with lawyers in NYC WINRS, who assisted First Step students with resume development, mock job interviews, and discussed issues women face (in the context of a job search). As part of the NYC office’s REAP, Natsayi worked with colleagues to develop a pilot Associate Buddy Program in 2021, which she took the lead in taking global in 2022. She is dedicated to investing in the well-being and advancement of others, especially women facing systematic barriers to employment.
