With a background of over 20 years in the Automotive industry, Meyseng considers it a part of her mission to mentor and sponsor the next generation of women in the workplace, providing confidence and opportunities for their own journeys. She is taking part in two Mentorship programs for women, one at DEKRA and one for the WAVE (women and vehicles in Europe) association. With another colleague, she created a small initiative called Women Circle @DEKRA aiming to promote gender diversity within the company. Furthermore, she strongly supported an HR initiative to create a dedicated budget for salary equality in France that has been in place for a few years. Outside of DEKRA, she is also an active member of the Lean-In Network. She is known within her team and peers as a woman who stands up for other women and dares to speak out for women’s equality and gender diversity.
