As global chairman, Linda is an advocate of BOLD, an initiative created by NBCUniversal with a mission to influence, inspire and develop the next generation of Global Advertising & Partnerships leaders. Linda’s extensive championing of BOLD’s mission has driven transformational change for the initiative, including the creation of new opportunities in leadership and diversity, with BOLD Vets, the group’s program to honor and engage veterans within NBCU, and BOLD Spotlight, a series of inspirational conversations with internal and external leaders from diverse backgrounds and careers. Externally, Linda uses advertising to advance equity through a variety of partnerships including the #ShesMy campaign, which champions the ways women break down barriers in both the professional and personal spheres; Target’s Scene in Color, which elevates emerging BIPOC creatives in film; and a partnership with Telemundo to release a Latina-centric storytelling guide as well as external partnerships around Telemundo’s exclusive coverage of the Women’s World Cup in 2023.
