Kyoshia is actively engaged in Moet Hennessy’s diversity and inclusion efforts — first, as a member of the former Polycultural committee, and now, organizing and leading Moet Hennessy USA’s first Black employee resource group. In 2019, she organized the company’s first Black History Month celebration, and then co-authored its IDE strategy. Most recently, she was the catalyst for the company‘s discussion of racial bias and systemic injustices that affect Black Americans. Kyoshia‘s personal mission is to ensure upfront presence of more Black professional women in her industry, and her leadership, insight, and confidence have inspired her peers to join her efforts.
