As Co-Chair of Citi’s EMEA Women Affinity Steering Committee, Jennifer spearheaded the creation of initiatives, including the “Power Walk,” bringing women and male allies together to walk in pairs, sharing stories in a mentoring conversation. In 2022, over 200 employees participated in 11 locations globally, with plans to expand in 2023. Jennifer is an advocate for gender diversity; hiring a number of high-profile women, improving her department’s gender diversity globally and at senior levels. She is a mentor to several women and sponsors talent within Citi and pan- industry. Prior to joining Citi, Jennifer was the Co-Chair of EMEA D&I Council at a top-tier investment bank, where she executed a global D&I strategy, oversaw mentoring programs and panels, and drove progress toward representation targets. Furthermore, Jennifer was invited to ring the closing bell at the NYSE in celebration of International Women’s day in 2022 in recognition of her diversity efforts.
