For over two years, Farrah, alongside her day job, has served as Co-Chair of the EY Women’s Network. In this role, she has led EY’s largest ERG with 3,500+ members across 25 UK locations. She co-leads a team of volunteers to accelerate gender parity at EY through various initiatives with 70+ events delivered in the last two years covering body positivity, intersectionality, everyday sexism, allyship, and menopause topics. The network also runs a Conversation Series with women role models across the firm in fireside chats. She has led EY’s International Women’s Day celebrations for the last two years. In addition, Farrah hosted, developed, and led EY’s largest IWD Awards to date, receiving a record-breaking 600 nominations across the firm celebrating women role models and allies. Furthermore, Farrah launched EY’s EMEIA Women in Technology Program with the United Nations to mark International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
