Natalie is the Co-Chair of Latham & Watkins LLP’s Global Women Enriching Business Steering Committee, whose mission is to promote the long-term success of women lawyers and empower them to become industry leaders. As well as hosting events, mentoring, and increasing the visibility of women, Natalie is a Member of the Global Diversity Leadership Committee overseeing the implementation of firm-wide inclusion strategies. Listed among the best lawyers for M&A and corporate law in Germany, Natalie is the Co-Founder of the Women into Leadership Initiative which was built to establish a cross-mentoring programme for successful women professionals to attain C-Suite roles. She is the creator of a seminar series for women board members and a skilled Mentor with the University of Düsseldorf.
