Dan Kramer is an Executive Committee member of BNY Mellon’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and has been instrumental in the establishment of WIN’s Male Allies Program. Dan has shown tremendous commitment as an ally, advocate and sponsor for the firm’s efforts towards gender-parity and the advancement of women at the organization.
