As Executive Sponsor for Diversity and Inclusion and chair of LSEG’s D&I Working Group, Catherine brings together leaders who own, drive and oversee change within their business units and regions. In her collaboration and overarching leadership of the LSEG Inclusion Networks, Catherine’s focus on diverse female talent drives these networks’ realignment and overall strategy to increase awareness and allyship. Catherine’s consistent visible leadership and promotion of internal activities and events in support of LSEG Inclusion Networks that represent diverse groups and talent are evident in her attendance, promotion, and speaking engagements at specific activities such as International Women’s Day – No Woman Left Behind panel discussion, which discussed how to drive genuinely equitable opportunity for all women, across all backgrounds and demographics. She accelerated the progression of underrepresented talent by launching Women’s Mentoring Circles in collaboration with LSEG’s Women Inspired Network, and in 2020, she spearheaded LSEG’s reverse mentoring program for black colleagues and senior leadership.
