Amanda supports the initiatives of several organizations. She is a Judge at We are the City’s Rising Stars Program, speaks at many organizations’ diversity events, and in 2022 organized an IWD Day event at the House of Lords with Baroness Kennedy and the Judges rescued from Afghanistan. Amanda leads an organization with Diversity at its core and supports diversity at every turn in her work. She also led the creation of two OpenUK Kids Camps in 2020 and 2021, designing courses for kids using a digital glove based on Imogen Heap’s software glove, with which Arianna Grande toured. This has encouraged young women into developing digital and coding skills. OpenUK gave away over 8000 gloves to young people, particularly targeting the digitally excluded to allow them free participation.
